Dr. Cesar Rosa completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Puerto Rico in 1979 and his Fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of Florida in 1995. He is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (1981), Reproductive Endocrinology (1987), and Maternal- Fetal Medicine (1997). For 21 years, Dr. Rosa was on active duty in the U.S. Army, serving as a physician. He joined Southeast Perinatal Associates in 2000.

He graduated from the University of Puerto Rico School Of Medicine in 1975. He specializes in Perinatal Medicine. Dr. Rosa is affiliated with Memorial Hospital Miramar, Memorial West, Memorial Regional Hospital and Plantation General Hospital.
